"On June 22nd, I had the unfortunate experience of laying my 1500 Vulcan cruiser down in a tight, wet corner on Hwy 36, between Fortuna and Mad River, Ca. After some road side repairs with the help of the owner of Mad River Towing I was able to continue the ride to Red Bluff. I proceeded to find some parts to replaced the damaged ones. The Yamaha dealer there, sent us to the Harley dealer in Chico, Ca. Matt, the parts guy , sent us to Chico Motor sports for parts and service. I had arranged for the bike to be repaired the following day and when I arrived, the owner, Wayne , had brought in his own bike to take parts off of to put on mine to make it more road worthy. He not only took parts off his bike, he had a friend of his who had a similar bike to mine, and took a part off of it and put it on mine. Not only that, one of the guys in the service department lent me his own bike to use while mine was being repaired. This is what I call going way beyond normal service. This was incredible service in which I was truly blessed. Thanks guys, job well done. You have every to be proud of yourselves. God bless you all."

"I drive 45 minutes just to have this shop work on my bike they always do a great job and are very knowledgeable on parts. If you ever have problems the managers are willing to make sure you are happy when you leave.I have never left unhappy I will keep commuting for all my parts and service on my bikes Thanks Daryl!"
